Shipping Policy
We ship Monday thru Friday to worldwide destinations. Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Upon placing an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email.
We ship from our main office in Northern California as well as locations in Tennessee, Ohio and Dallas/Fort Worth Texas. Orders are shipped from the nearest location that has your items in stock. The size and/or weight of some items may limit the shipping methods and destinations available.
Delivery times quoted do not include processing time, the day the order is shipped, weekends or holidays. For example, a 2-Day order placed on Monday and shipped on Tuesday will be delivered on Thursday. If you need a rush order, please feel free to contact us via our feedback form or call toll free (877) 979-PETS.
US domestic orders ship via UPS and US Postal Service (USPS)
For Standard shipping (2-7 business days), we select the carrier and method of shipping based on your destination and items in your order.
USPS Priority Mail is required for shipments to APO/FPO military addresses, PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. Priority Mail normally takes 2-3 business days, but can take up to 2 weeks for delivery to APO/FPO and U.S. Territories.
2-Day provides guaranteed delivery two full days after your order is shipped. We ship via UPS or USPS Express Mail 2nd Day depending on destination and items in your order. USPS Express Mail shipping is also available to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories.
UPS delivers Monday thru Friday. USPS delivers Monday thru Saturday. Please see charts below for our shipping fees.

Canadian and International orders ship via USPS Airmail Letter Post (4-7 days), Airmail Parcel Post (4-10 days), Global Priority (4-6 days), Global Express (3-5 days), and Global Express Guaranteed (2-3 days). Minimum shipping charges are listed in our charts below and are based on estimated typical weight for each price category. If weight exceeds our estimated charges then additional weight will be billed at actual cost. Package insurance may be required at our discretion and will incur an additional fee. Any additional charges will be confirmed via email before shipment.

Our products are unconditionally guaranteed. For all products except those by Flint River Ranch (see below for their policy), we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Toys and treats must be in their unopened original package, and resaleable. If the returned item has been used or partially consumed, we request a full explanation of problem and offer a 30 day exchange option. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility and there is no refund on original shipping fees.
